Born in London and now based in Marbella, Spain, Natasha Bakhshov's passion for art began early through regular visits to galleries and museums, fostering a lifelong appreciation for creativity and visual storytelling.

Before becoming a self-taught painter, Natasha built a diverse career that continues to influence her work today. She first worked in television, film and theatre as a makeup and special effects artist, where she developed a sharp eye for detail, composition and character. She later transitioned into London's banking sector, gaining a sense of discipline and perspective that would ultimately complement her artistic practice.

Working primarily in acrylics, Natasha layers colour to capture emotion through bold organic and geometric forms. Her paintings explore fleeting, intangible feelings while balancing technical precision with expressive freedom. More recent works feature increasingly powerful and intriguing compositions, drawing inspiration from the enduring concept of the "muse" in art and cinema. The result is a distinctive body of work that blends emotional depth with striking visual impact.
