Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We'll assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund or store credit in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Exchanges may be considered within 14 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders), provided the item:

Is unused
Is in its original packaging
Is in resaleable condition
Is accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Tracked nationwide shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Furniture and oversized items are shipped via Mainfreight.
If freight cannot be calculated at checkout, we'll contact you with a quote before dispatch.
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, and tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

North Island: 2–7 working days
South Island: 4–10 working days

International Shipping

We ship to Australia, USA, Canada, the UK, Europe and selected countries throughout Asia.

If shipping cannot be calculated at checkout, we'll contact you with a freight quote before dispatch.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

For customers in the local area, we may be able to deliver your purchase ourselves when it fits safely in our delivery van.
