The Service is operated by Amier Home Limited (“Amier Home”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, purchasing products from us, or subscribing to our mobile messaging service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them.

11. MOBILE AND SMS MESSAGING SERVICE

11.1 Consent to receive messages

By subscribing to Amier Home's SMS or text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Amier Home at the mobile number you provide.

Messages may include service-related communications such as order updates, account notifications, delivery information and other information relating to your interactions with Amier Home.

Where applicable, messages may also include promotional communications, special offers, marketing information and reminders.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing products or services from Amier Home.

11.2 Message frequency and charges

After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message where applicable and no further marketing messages will be sent to your mobile number, except where necessary to process your request or where otherwise permitted or required by law.

If you have subscribed to more than one Amier Home messaging program, you may need to opt out of each program separately.

11.5 Mobile number changes

You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number.

If your mobile number changes, you must update your details and, where applicable, re-subscribe to the SMS service using your new number.

Amier Home is not responsible for messages sent to a mobile number that you have provided to us but no longer control.

11.6 Delivery of SMS messages

We rely on telecommunications networks and third-party service providers to deliver SMS messages.

We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, received immediately or received without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, Amier Home is not responsible for delayed, failed or misdirected delivery of SMS messages caused by telecommunications networks, mobile providers, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may change the telephone number used to operate the SMS service from time to time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of any such change.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content contained on or made available through the website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product imagery, designs, trademarks, branding and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Amier Home unless otherwise stated.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, transmit or commercially exploit any part of the website or its content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
