Our Home Approval Service allows you to take select furniture pieces home for a 24-hour trial period, giving you the opportunity to experience how the piece looks, feels, and fits within your home and lifestyle. From checking sizing and proportions to seeing how it works with your existing interiors and lighting, this service is designed to help you shop with confidence.
To take part in the Home Approval Service, the item is purchased upfront before leaving the showroom. If you decide the piece isn’t quite right for your space, simply return it within 24 hours in its original condition and we will provide you with a full refund. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any items returned with damage, marks, stains, or signs of wear.

How does it work?
A deposit is all that’s required, but please note your card will be kept on file.
If the item is not returned on time or is returned damaged, you’ll be charged the full price of the item.
What items can I take home?
Most of our luxury furniture, and a small number of home decor pieces. If you have your eye on something special, please get in touch to see if it’s available via Home Apro.
How long can I take the item home for?
A maximum of 24 hours.
Do I need my own vehicle to transport the item?
Yes — but we can also arrange delivery by request.
What happens if I want to keep the item?
Give us a call & we’ll arrange for payment of the remaining amount. Then the piece is officially yours!
What happens if I don’t want to keep the item?
We’ll happily refund your deposit — as long as the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was lent out, and within the agreed timeframe.
