Choosing the right furniture for your home is an important decision. Our Home Approval Service gives you the opportunity to take selected furniture pieces home for 24 hours, so you can see how they look, feel and fit in your own space before making a final decision.

Whether you’re considering a sofa, armchair, dining table, console or statement piece, the Home Approval Service lets you check the size, proportions, comfort, lighting and how the furniture works with your existing interior.

How does it work?

Pay for your chosen item in full, take it home and try it in your space for up to 24 hours.

If you decide it’s not right for your home, simply return it within the agreed timeframe for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition and is free from any damage, marks or signs of wear.

What items can I take home? 

Most of our luxury furniture, and a number of home decor pieces.

How long can I take the item home for?

You have a maximum of 24 hours to trial your piece at home.

If collected on a Saturday, it can be returned on Tuesday as our showroom is closed Sunday and Monday, provided this has been discussed with a team member before collection.

Do I need my own vehicle to transport the item?

Yes, you’ll need to collect your items from our showroom.

For larger pieces, we can arrange delivery for an additional fee. The team can also assist with placement and styling through our Interior Styling Service while delivering your furniture.

What happens if I want to keep the item?

Give us a call or email and let us know you'd like to keep your item.

Then the piece is officially yours! 

What happens if I don’t want to keep the item?

We’ll happily refund your purchase, as long as the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was lent out, and within the agreed timeframe of 24 hours.
