New Zealand Tracked Shipping
- NZ-wide shipping
- All shipping rates are in NZ dollars
- Standard shipping rates apply to metropolitan centres only
- We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days
- You will receive a shipping update email (with tracking number) once your order has been dispatched
- All items sent by courier may need a signature on delivery
- We cannot deliver to PO Box address — please use a physical address

North Island: $8.00
South Island: $12.00
Large Homewares & Furniture
Our furniture is delivered by Mainfreight, with shipping costs calculated based on the size, number of items, and your address. After you checkout, we’ll get in touch to provide a custom quote. Alternatively, you can call or email us before placing your order to get an estimate.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
North Island: 2–7 days
South Island: 4–10 days
Owners Risk
Please note that certain items, such as mirrors, marble pieces, and framed prints, are shipped at the owner's risk. Neither Amier Home nor our shipping partners can be held responsible for any damage incurred during delivery.
Click & Collect (Mount Maunganui)
- There is a free click & collect option for customers able to pick up from our Mount Maunganui store — simply select this option at the checkout
- We will notify you via email once your order is ready to collect
- To collect your order, please bring a copy of your purchase confirmation email and some identification
Return Policy
By placing an order with Amier Home you agree to our Returns Policy below:
Faulty items
We have strong quality control measures in place to ensure items arrive in optimal condition, but in the unlikely event an item is faulty — please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will assess the item and either request more information/evidence or provide a full refund, exchange or credit note.
Exchanges
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind reasons, but we do offer exchanges provided:
- You notify us within 24 hours of purchasing your item (in store purchase) or receiving your item (via online purchase)
- The item is returned with a valid receipt
- The item is returned in its original unused condition
Returns process
To start a return, contact us. Once your return is approved you will receive a return authorisation which will include our returns address and postage instructions.
If you’re sending your item back via courier, please use a tracked shipping service (you will need to cover these costs). You can also return your item directly to our store — 63 Totara Street, Mount Maunganui.
Excluded items
We don’t offer exchanges on sale items or seconds (items discounted due to noted imperfections)
