- All prices are in NZD
- Orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible after purchase
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent
- Courier deliveries may require a signature
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses — please provide a physical address

Large Homewares & Furniture
We offer flat-rate shipping for furniture via Mainfreight. Pricing is based on the size, quantity, and delivery location of your order.
Once your order is placed, we'll confirm the final shipping cost and organise delivery to ensure everything arrives safely. If you'd prefer a quote beforehand, feel free to contact us by phone or email.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- North Island: 2–7 working days
- South Island: 4–10 working days

Some items shipping overseas are arranged after purchase when not calculated at checkout. Due to varying costs depending on item size and location, we'll confirm the final shipping cost once your order is placed. If you'd prefer a quote beforehand, please email info@amierhome.com before ordering.
Please note that VAT will be removed from your invoice; however, any applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges are payable at the destination country.
Owner's Risk
All Amier Home pieces are carefully prepared for delivery. However, for fragile items — including mirrors, marble pieces, and framed prints — shipping is at the owner's risk.
While every precaution is taken, if your item arrives faulty, we will happily arrange a full refund.
Returns
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We'll assess the issue and offer a refund, exchange, or store credit where appropriate.
Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, exchanges are available if:
- You notify us within 14 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online)
- The item is returned with proof of purchase
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
Change of Mind/Exchanges — New Zealand
If you changed your mind after purchasing, please contact us within 24 hours by emails or phone call, to initiate the return process. After this time, returns won't be possible.
Change of Mind/Exchanges — Overseas Orders
For overseas customers, we offer a 12-day return window for change of mind purchases.

All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Free from stains, marks, or any damage
- Securely repackaged — please take care, as our products are fragile.
- Return the items within 12 days after arrived to you.

Amier Home does not cover shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Please note: we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during return transit.
