A striking example of 1970s Italian design, this sculptural table lamp by Carlo Nason for Mazzega. Crafted from hand-blown Murano glass in vibrant swirls of amber and white. Its tiered silhouette and rich organic patterning showcase the refined craftsmanship of Murano’s renowned glassmaking tradition, while chrome fittings add a sleek Space Age edge.
Designed by Carlo Nason in the 1970s, the lamp was made in Italy using hand-blown Murano glass and chrome, and remains in good vintage condition with only minor age-appropriate wear.
Each section of the lamp features subtle variations in texture and colour, making every piece entirely unique. When illuminated, the glass emits a warm, diffused glow that beautifully enhances its depth and movement.
A rare and timeless collector’s piece that brings sculptural form, warmth, and retro glamour to any interior.
Socket, Plug Type & Voltage
This product is fitted with a Type I plug, standard in New Zealand, Australia, China, Argentina, and Papua New Guinea, and is wired for 220–240V power supply.
If you are purchasing from another country, a universal plug adapter may be suitable where the local voltage is compatible with 220–240V systems. In countries using lower voltage systems, professional rewiring, a compatible transformer, or installation by a licensed electrician may be required.
We recommend consulting a qualified electrician before installation to ensure compatibility with your local electrical standards and safety requirements.
